The location is perfect, 1 km from a medieval cathedral. The airport is 10 km away. The hotel serves rich bagged breakfast.

Perfectly clean hotel in a very nice boutique building just off the gorgeous garden as well as city sightseeing. Central location near to the Central market where there was a good choice of restaurants, well furnished room. Besides, very convenient to Via Faenza.

The rooftop restaurant in the hotel is small with kind staff.

The total stay was very good for three nights during our Florence visit. The breakfasts were wide ranging with meats cheeses and all the staff was patient. The location of the hotel was perfect - not very far from a medieval cathedral. There was a small restaurant, the main shopping centre and a market next door.

As for me, the area was just ok.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the garden. Its rooms are great modern with a balcony looking over the gardens to the Duomo, complimentary breakfast, for instance as advertised. The location is magnificent for exploring Florence. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown and the workers in this place are competent. Good service and the food is great. Use the parking nearby.

The staff was competent, the accommodation was bright and fairly clean. We had a classic double room with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

Location close enough to all the shops and restaurants, Palazzo Castri 1874 and all the tourist attractions in Florence. For shots visit La Cocotte Restaurant, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Wide ranging and plentiful breakfast for an omelette or fried eggs, excellent service.

My well decorated room included very big bed, climate control and it's own little balcony. The view of the garden was beautiful❤

The restaurant was magnificent with kind staff, I tried fresh dishes. It had wonderful views to a garden view. The location of the hotel was magnificent - at a moderate distance from an art museum.

Close top the centre. Beautiful garden, compensating the s,all rooms. It was like an oasis.

Room 124 has the air condinioning not working.

Hotel is situated not far from the railway station (10 minutes by feet). Perfect location. The hotel has a garden. It is situated near park. There ios fantastic view from the windows. There is very good breakfast with Swedish table: croussant, cheese, butter, jam, yoghurt, cereals, pies, tea and coffee. Personnel are very welcome. There is opportunity to keep luggage in a special storage before check-in and after check-out.

There was dust on the furniture. The water from tap smells like it was treated by quartz.
